Paying someone you have never met? Do not send it. Escrow it.
Somebody always has to move first, and that is where deals go wrong. An escrow room removes the question: the money is real and it is held, so the buyer is not sending into the dark and the seller is not working for free.
- Step 1
Agree the terms
Open a room, invite the other person, and write down what is being delivered and for how much. Both sides accept before any money moves.
- Step 2
Fund the room
The payer funds from their wallet balance. The money leaves their balance and is held against the deal. The receiver can see it is funded.
- Step 3
Deliver and release
Work is delivered in the room, with messages and file evidence attached to the deal. The payer releases when they are satisfied.
- Step 4
Dispute if it goes wrong
Either side can open a dispute with evidence. Nothing is released while it is open. A reviewer decides the outcome.
0.5%, charged only when the deal completes.
We hold the keys. Here is what you get for it.
A self-custody wallet gives you total control and total responsibility. Lose the phrase and the money is gone, with no bank exit and no referee. We took the other side of that trade: we hold the keys so you can recover your account, move money to a bank, and use escrow. You are trusting us, so here is how that is controlled.
- Identity verification is required before a first payout, and for selling
- Every balance change is written to an audit trail that operations can replay
- Withdrawals are screened before release, and higher-risk ones are held for review
- Escrow funds sit against the deal, not in the receiver's balance, until release

The last row is the trade, stated plainly. If holding your own keys matters more to you than a bank exit and a dispute process, a self-custody wallet is the better product and you should use one. Read how we secure custody.
Run crypto deposits and withdrawals inside your own product.
If you are building a platform that needs to take crypto from customers or pay them out, you should not have to run wallet infrastructure, watch chains for confirmations, or reconcile balances by hand. Connect to KrptoPay and keep your own product surface.
Early access, onboarded directly.
- Generate deposit addresses for your own customers on supported chains
- Receive a signed callback the moment a deposit is confirmed
- Submit withdrawals and payouts from your platform balance
- Reconcile balances and transaction history against your own ledger
Hire someone, and the money only moves when the work lands.
The marketplace runs on the same wallet and the same escrow. Fund the order, track delivery, ask for revisions, and release payment when you are happy. Sellers are paid into the same balance they can withdraw to a bank.

Questions people actually ask
Can I withdraw crypto straight to my bank account?
Yes. Sell from your KrptoPay balance and withdraw in US Dollars, Euros, Pounds, Indian Rupees, UAE Dirhams, Australian Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Swiss Francs, Japanese Yen or Singapore Dollars. You see the rate, the fee and the exact amount landing in your account before you confirm, and the rate is held for 30 seconds. Identity verification is required before your first payout.
Do I get a seed phrase?
No, and that is deliberate. KrptoPay is a custodial wallet, so there is no 12-word phrase to write down, lose, or have stolen. You get back into your account the same way you get into any other account. The trade is that you are trusting us to hold the keys, which is why identity checks, audit trails and withdrawal screening exist.
How does escrow work?
Two people agree terms in a room. The payer funds it from their wallet balance and the money is held against the deal instead of sitting with either side. The receiver delivers, the payer releases, and the fee is 0.5 percent charged on completion. If something goes wrong, either side opens a dispute with evidence and a reviewer decides.
Which coins and networks are supported?
Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB Chain and Solana, covering the native asset on each chain plus USDT and USDC on Ethereum, BNB Chain and Solana.
Can I connect this to my own system?
API access for crypto deposits and withdrawals is in early access and is onboarded directly rather than through self-serve signup. Tell us what you are building and we will scope it with you.
